Two years ago, Dana Green joined Pacific Union to anchor and help create the Lafayette Pacific Union office.
In the beginning, Green worked primarily from her home office while she helped find suitable office space for Pacific Union – a process that took over a year. Still, the “office” thrived.
It helped that Pacific Union came into Lafayette strong and enthusiastic.
“Dana and her successful real estate business was the cornerstone of our creation of the Lafayette office,” says Ellen Anderson, Regional Vice President. “She has tremendous pride in her city and community, and it shows in how she represents her clients and homes that she sells.”
A lot has happened in two years.
“With the joint vision of Mark McLaughlin, CEO, and Ellen Anderson, Regional Vice President, we created something we are all proud of,” says Green.
As of April, 2013, the Lafayette Pacific Union office, located in the heart of Lafayette, is completely full and Pacific Union has achieved #1 market share in Lafayette!
Nobody, though, is resting on laurels. Working smart to stay cutting edge is a Pacific Union hallmark, as you can see in the firm’s newest video, “Why Pacific Union?”
That starts with staying abreast of client needs.
“Dana provides critical guidance to Pacific Union in the development of leading edge tools and programs to support her elite performance and the unique needs of her clients and homes that she sells,” says Mark McLaughlin, Pacific Union CEO.
This Pacific Union value promise of leading edge technology and commitment to investing in continually improving available tools was a critical reason Green moved to Pacific Union in 2011. She has been the #1 Realtor in Lafayette every year since 2008. By 2011, Green already had a strong client base that knew, trusted and referred business to her.
Why make a change? Forward vision.
“What I wanted was easy access to valuable information that would help me help my clients – and the commitment of continued investment in improving that access,” recalls Green. “I’ve had that since Day 1.”
Having a corner office in Pacific Union’s new Lafayette offices at 201 Lafayette Circle, in the heart of Lafayette? That just completes the picture now.
Says Green: “I am thankful every day to work for an incredible company in a town that I love.”
