The 2013 REAL Trends Top Real Estate Professionals list, prepared annually by The Wall Street Journal and REAL Trends, Inc., is now available. The list summarizes the top 1000 real estate professionals based on the dollar amount of closed transaction volume in 2012. You’ll find a list of the top 250 online by clicking here.
No surprise, the list mostly includes top performers in American cities known for high property values – New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco – and their most popular suburbs, as well as resort destinations.
I am happy to say that Lafayette is on the list again this year. You’ll find my name in the #82 spot thanks, in part, to continued referrals from my wonderful clients.
While I represent clients who are buying or selling properties throughout Lamorinda and surrounding communities, the bulk of my business remains in Lafayette, where I have lived all my life.
My 2013 REAL Trends national ranking is really a testament that Lafayette is an amazing place to live and that keeps our real estate market strong. In fact, Lafayette is the only Contra Costa city mentioned in the top 100 of real estate professionals.
And why not? To many of us, Lafayette is the ultimate lifestyle destination.
Please join me in congratulating the other 5 Pacific Union San Francisco Bay Area real estate professionals who ranked in the top 250 nationwide among real estate professionals by REAL Trends and the Wall Street Journal:
#23 Nina Hatvany, San Francisco ($181MM)
#44 Steve Gothelf, San Francisco ($120MM)
#82 Dana Green, Lafayette ($88MM)
#159 Steve Mavromilhalis, San Francisco ($65MM)
#175 Tracy McLaughlin, San Francisco ($63MM)
#211 John Lee, San Francisco ($56MM)
