Happy Anniversary: The New Pacific Union Turns Four!

Pacific Union Celebrates 4th Anniversary - 2013I’m happy to announce that we’re celebrating Pacific Union’s 4th anniversary under the leadership of Mark A. McLaughlin, Chief Executive Office. McLaughlin took the helm in 2009 when he and the other principals of boutique real estate brokerage firm Morgan Lane acquired the assets of GMAC/Brookfield-owned Pacific Union.

“Our vision was clear, our commitment intense, and our desire to return Pacific Union to its original culture was a primary goal,” McLaughlin says in the article about the anniversary on the Pacific Union blog published on August 5, 2013.

While industry skeptics initially wondered whether it would survive through the recent real estate slump, Pacific Union countered skepticism with results. In the last four years, the company hasn’t just survived. It has thrived, growing in numbers of top producing Realtors, sales dollars and industry accolades. Mostly, though, it has cultivated the kind of client-focused culture and reputation that sets it up for continued success.

I joined Pacific Union in April 2011 to open and anchor Pacific Union’s Lafayette office, and feel honored to be part of this amazing company.

If you’d like to read the specifics of Pacific Union’s achievements since 2009, you’ll find them detailed in this recent Pacific Union article.
