I really like the way the homeowners of 859 Sibert Court, currently for sale in Lafayette, CA, combined color, materials, and textures when they remodeled the powder room off the main living area.
The beautiful wall color really pops the Arabesque tiles, while the hammered nickel sink creates interest to the more traditional marble countertop.
All of these elements work together, adding to the room’s overall design impact, and complements the Mediterranean style of the home.
Even the choice of the scalloped mirror works in a way that a traditional rectangular one would not.
This is a great example of how, with interior design, the whole can be so much more than the sum of its parts (as long as you take the time to pick the right parts!).
