This includes accurate MLS data, as well as information on off-MLS homes for sale (pocket listings) and other homes expected to come to market soon. It’s also critical to understand who is currently looking for homes and how they’re behaving. That means knowing which Lafayette properties are getting traffic at open houses, and which homes that are currently pending went into contract quickly versus slowly, and why.
