It’s true — there were a few moments of sun today, but they didn’t last and the outlook for the weekend is likely going to impact outdoor youth sports. Again. So what are we supposed to do?

If you’re up for either a BART or car ride, consider taking advantage of the Library’s Discover & Go Program. Even though we’re nearing the end of the month, there are still many destinations who haven’t reached their limit on free passes — both for individuals and for families. There is a limited supply of each, though, so move quickly if you want them. Just pull out your library card and log-on at http://discover.ccclib.org, then follow directions to view by date. If tomorrow doesn’t work and you want to plan ahead, you can try to reserve by a specific venue. Just don’t expect to get Lindsay Wildlife. It’s too late in the month for that one!
