Our Lafayette real estate market only seemed quiet this month. I and the rest of the Dana Green Team have actually been very busy throughout December closing final 2014 Lafayette transactions and getting homes ready to sell in 2015.
2014 Lafayette Real Estate Transactions
All told, the Dana Green Team completed 58 Lafayette transactions in 2014. This over $110 million in Lafayette home sales, representing a nice mix of buyers and sellers, is triple the business of any other Realtor in Lafayette – and doesn’t include the Moraga and Orinda transactions we completed.
What I love best about these 2014 Lafayette home sales statistics is that they represent a wide variety of price points and neighborhoods.
